We require 24-hour notice to cancel daycare reservations and 72 hours to cancel boarding reservations. If your dog shows any signs of aggression during bathing or nail trimming, the service will not be completed. Like human colds, dogs are at greater risk of infection when they visit places that are heavily populated by dogs with greater potential exposure to the disease. The staff is very attentive to the dogs to ensure that they continue to have fun while maintaining a safe environment.
